With reference to the second charge my

contention is that Mr. Tang Yuk did wrong to make the endorse- -ment of receipt on the deposition as April 5th. seeing that he failed to pay the sum of $50 received on account of fines, to the Shroff.

Had the money been paid to the Shroff on

April 5th. the entry on the deposition would have been correct.
